PAWS DOG OF THE WEEK: RASCAL

Rascal originally came to PAWS Shelter and Humane Society as a stray in July 2007. He was soon adopted but then returned in December 2010 when life changed for his owner who was no longer able to care for him. This loving, fun-loving dog has been stuck at the shelter for nearly a year and deserves life out of a shelter. He is SUPER with other small to medium dogs but is nervous about young children. The shelter staff is nuts for 8 year-old Rascal who loves to be held and will gladly reward you with kisses just for giving him a hug. During November, Senior Pet Month, Rascal's adoption fee is just for $55. For Rascal's sake, please consider him for your forever home or share this post. Thank you. PAWS Shelter and Humane Society can be reached online at pawsshelter.org at (512) 268-1611.
