UPCOMING CITY OF DRIPPING SPRINGS PUBLIC HEARINGS

The following is a run down of upcoming City of Dripping Springs public hearings for Planning & Zoning meetings and City Council meetings. NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUBDIVISION
Public hearings will be held at the City of Dripping Springs Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m. on September 27, 2011 and at the City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. on October 11, 2011 to consider the proposed preliminary plat for Belterra Phase 2, Section 7, located near the southwest intersection of Belterra Drive and Trinity Hills Drive. The proposed plat will be composed of 22.038 acres with 52 lots of which 49 are residential and three are open space / greenbelt. The average lot size is less than an acre. There is a variance being requested from Exhibit C-2 of the Development Agreement for Belterra requiring a minimum five foot building setback from the side property lines to allow for a zero lot line on one side and a ten foot setback on the other side lot line.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Public hearings will be held at the City of Dripping Springs Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m. on September 27, 2011 and at the City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. on October 22, 2011 to consider the proposed Construction Plans for the New Arena and Site Improvements at Harrison Ranch Park, located at 29740 Ranch Road 12.  

NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
The City of Dripping Springs Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 27 at 7:00 p.m. to consider approval of an amendment to the Shops at Highpointe Development Agreement between the City of Dripping Springs and Shops at Highpointe, LP, to remove Section 2.1 in its entirety (General Site Regulations — no dry cleaning plant, gas stations or convenience stores featuring gas stations may be operated on the property.)  The City Council will hold a public hearing and consider the same at its regular meeting on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the same location.  

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
Public hearings will be held at the City of Dripping Springs Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m. on September 27, 2011 and at the City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. on October 11, 2011 to consider the site development plan for Dripping Springs Preparatory School, located at the northwest intersection of Nutty Brown Road and Trinity Hills Drive (aka, Belterra, Phase 2, Phase 5B, Block C, Lot 1).

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
Public hearings will be held at the City of Dripping Springs Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m. on September 27, 2011 and at the City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. on October 11, 2011 to consider the site development plan for Belterra Propane, located at or near the northern intersection of Belterra Drive and Sawyer Ranch Road on the eastern side of Sawyer Ranch Road. The site will be located on WCID # 1 or # 2 property presently undeveloped or platted.
