PAWS DOG OF THE WEEK: OLIVE + MENU UNLEASHED

Olive is an undeniably beautiful Irish/Brittany Spaniel mix about 10 months old. Photo, below. She is an adorable, playful pup. She would make a great all-around family dog! For more information on Olive and the other wonderful dogs and cats for adoption at PAWS Shelter and Humane Society, visit pawsshelter.org or call (512) 268-1611.

Can't adopt Olive but want to help PAWS while enjoying an evening of fabulous food and libations? Dinner By the Bite is just a week away (May 5 at 6pm at Wilson Appliance) and the menu is a knock-out. Tickets are just $50 in advance or $60 at the door. We've bought our tickets and will be there with bells on! The evening’s menu, perfectly paired with signature Republic Tequila cocktails and a complementary selection of beer and wine, includes:

From Chef Matthew Buchanan of The Leaning Pear
Tostadita with Richardson Farms Pork

Purchase tickets from the shelter’s website or contact Sandy Johnson at (512) 894-0219 or pawsevents@gmail.com.

Olive is a gorgeous (clearly) Irish/Brittany Spaniel mix who is very interested in the entire Dinner By the Bite menu.
