DRIPPING MONDAY
Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District will hold an open special meeting on Tuesday at 7pm at Dripping Springs City Hall (511 Mercer).
On Wednesday, Jester King Craft Brewery celebrates the release of "Drink'in in the Sun," its collaboration with Danish brewer Mikkeller with a special event on Wednesday from 4pm - 9pm at the brewery. Danish and Austin bands will be performing. The event is free but space is limited and reservations MUST be made in advance which can be done by emailing events@jesterkingbrewery.com.
On St. Patrick's Day (Thursday), The Barber Shop will have live music from 7pm - 9pm and Guinness on tap.
For those who'd like the unique experience of celebrating the luck of the Irish with an Australian twist, Thirsty Thursday hosts Australian artist/musician/poet Bob Mud (AKA Bob McMahon) at New Life Lutheran Church (120 Frog Pond Lane). Other poets, musicians and storytellers are welcome to participate in the open mike segment of the evening. This month's suggested theme is "What is Most Important." Admission is free, but canned goods and cash donations are welcomed for the Grace Food Pantry. For more information, call (512) 858-2024.
