Laurie Halfpenny and her Dripping Springs city league women's softball team are looking for players. They have fielded a team for many years, but are short of players this year. The Barber Shop has graciously agreed to sponsor the team, so it promises to be a fun season. The team plays on Monday nights, with the first game on March 21 and the last one around mid to end of May. Laurie doesn't have the schedule yet, but she wants to get the word out to make sure they round up enough players. The playing fields are behind the HEB and YMCA.
