DRIPPING MONDAY

On Wednesday, Austin Brevita, the drive-thru coffee house sitting just off 290, is hosting a customer appreciation party from 11:30am - 1pm to celebrate its second anniversary and new lunch menu launch.  Attendees will have the chance to enjoy live music, giveaways and tastings from local food vendors. For more information  visit austinbrevita.com or call Lissetta McCurdy at (512) 858-2315.

On Friday, Dripping Springs Independent School District Educational Foundation hosts Casino Night from 7pm - 11pm at Creekside Pavilion in Driftwood. The foundation's premier event of the year includes dinner, drinks, live music, silent auction and casino-style gaming tables. The DSISD Educational Foundation provides scholarships to students with high academic achievement and awards grants to educators in the district to enhance the classroom experience.  Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased at Cattleman’s National Bank, online at dseducationfoundation.org , or contact donna@gracytitle.com.

On Sunday, cyclists will have an opportunity to enjoy a beautiful Hill Country ride with an even greater purpose as Camp Lucy opens their gates again for a “wish list” benefit for Hays-Caldwell Women’s Center (HCWC). Participating riders will enjoy a supported ride with snacks, maps, water stops, ride leaders, and more, all in exchange for a non-perishable food item or any of the following needs on the HCWC wish list: socks for all ages and genders, baby wipes and diapers (sizes 3, 4, and5), and HEB gift cards. HCWC provides a safe haven for families recovering from abusive relationships, and these donated items will go directly to women, children and men who had the courage to leave abusive homes. Time details and registration at bikereg.com.
