#7 The New Dripping Springs Wineries: Bell Springs Winery and Solaro Estate Winery
We enjoyed many happy, relaxing weekends this past year at Bell Springs Winery and Solaro Estate Winery. Both wineries are family owned and run and they always treated us like welcomed family members whenever we stopped by. Saturdays spent picnicing, listening to live music, or bringing out of town friends for wine tastings felt like mini-holidays. From the Italian-inspired tasting pavilion at Solaro Estate to the modern-rustic patio at Bell Springs, each winery has its own unique Texas Hill Country style. We look forward to more mini-holidays in 2011. Note: Bell Springs Winery will be open January 1st from 2-5pm with live music by 16 Strings, washers, ladderball, and football games on the flat screens.
