Thundercloud Subs should be open Tuesday morning for business.
Hill Country Ranch Pizzeria should be opening in late January or early February (stay tuned).
Also, if anyone has noticed in HEB the last few weeks, they will be adding a coffee/pastry shop inside the store. They are just now going through the permitting process, but will be able to give more details as they get their permit reviewed and approved as to their anticipated opening date.
