DRIPPING WEEKEND

Mistletoe and Magic Holiday Bazaar js happening today, Friday, until 2:00PM and Saturday from 10:00AM - 4:00PM at the Belterra Recreation Center (801 Belterra Drive).

The Dripping Springs Farmers Market is Saturday from 9:00AM - Noon at The Triangle (Hwy 290 and RR 12). Look for farm fresh eggs, lamb, grass-fed beef, herbs, soaps, lotions, fire-roasted coffee beans, and award-winning salsa.

The 2nd Annual Wild West Fest promises a daylong celebration of family fun on Saturday at Harrison Ranch Park. The heritage of Dripping Springs comes to life with western activities and other entertainment. Day-time activities kick-off at 9:00AM and include an equestrian playday, a ranch rodeo, barrel races, goat show, Imagine a Horse, arts and crafts vendors, a chili and salsa cook-off, pumpkin carving contest, an old fashion pie contest, kids heritage games, and a haunted house. Admission is $5 per car. Starting at 4:00PM, Wild West Fest will feature a full BBQ dinner and dancing to the tunes of the Michael Myers Band. Tickets to the dinner are $15 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under. Wild West Fest benefits Harrison Ranch Park, located at 29104 RR 12. For more information, visit dswildwestfest.com.

On Sunday at 4:00PM, the Starlight Symphony Orchestra plays at Sunset Canyon Baptist Church. The concert will include Beethoven's Piano Concerto with featured soloist I-Ling Chen. Also featured will be Chopin's Polonaise Militaire, En Saga by Jean Sibelius, and the rousing Dance Bacchanale by Saint- Saens. As always, these concerts are free but donations are appreciated.
