BIG CHANGES AT THE DRIPPING LIBRARY
Our ever evolving Dripping Springs Community Library (DSCL) just announced some big changes including:
New hours
Beginning November 1, 2010, DSCL has a new schedule with added evening hours during the week and on Saturdays.
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 9 AM - 7 PM
Thursday: 9 AM - 8 PM
Friday: 9 AM - 1 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 5 PM
More computers and wi-fi
Additional computers are in a newly designated space. Also, laptop work areas with robust wi-fi are available throughout the facility.
E-reference tutoring sessions
DSCL has made a decisive move to online reference resources, and free tutoring sessions are available upon request. The TexShare Databases will form the core of the new reference perspective, but a growing list of additional resources will await researchers as well. This means that Dripping Springs residents and students will get lots of friendly help and current, accurate information as well.
