PAWS UNLEASHES MENU FOR UPCOMING DINNER BY THE BITE

From Braised Pink Peppercorn Crusted Lamb Shanks in a Pomegranate Sauce with Goat’s Milk Mashed Potatoes to Brown Butter and Pecan Tartlets topped with Cajeta Mousse and Candied Pecans, the seventh incarnation of Dinner By the Bite promises a mouthwatering myriad of delicious bites. The culinary event benefiting PAWS Shelter and Humane Society is set for November 4 at 6:30PM at Wilson Appliance. The evening’s complete menu, perfectly paired with wines and beers provided by local producers Bell Springs Winery and Thirsty Planet Brewing Company, includes:
