FREADOM READ-IN AT LIBRARY TONIGHT

Tonight at 6:00PM, the Dripping Springs Community Library will host a fREADom Read-In. The hour-long program for adults and mature teens, held during National Banned Books Week, will include introductory explanations of controversial aspects of now-classic American titles and short readings from several banned and challenged  books including To Kill a Mockingbird and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn

Come early and gather in the Library's Meeting Room to share "too spicy" and "too bland" light refreshments!

The Dripping Springs Community Library is located at 501 Sportsplex Drive near the Dripping Springs High School.  For more information about this and other local library programs, visit visit dscl.org or telephone (512) 858-7825.
