PAWS ANNOUNCES FALL DINNER BY THE BITE!

On the heels (and paws) of the sold-out spring event, PAWS Shelter and Humane Society has just announced its next Dinner By the Bite will be held at Wilson Appliance on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at 6:30PM. This always fun and festive culinary benefit brings together a delicious mix of local chefs and food lovers with a heart. Hosted by Wilson Appliance, chefs take over the state-of-the-art showroom kitchens to demonstrate the preparation of their signature dishes while attendees eat the tasty results.

The fall Dinner By the Bite stellar chef line-up includes Chef Joel Welch of Kerbey Lane Café, Chef Cody Kidwell of Verde’s Mexican Parrilla, Chef Jessica Alexander of Peachie Pastry, Chef Brian Bennett of Hill Country Kitchen, and Chef Fabienne Bollum of Rolling In Thyme and Dough.

PAWS is also thrilled to announce that Dripping Springs’ own Bell Springs Winery will be pouring a selection of their superb wines, along with new local brewer Thirsty Planet Brewing, who will be serving up their already wildly popular beers.
