DRIP PIC OF THE WEEK


After days of unrelenting heat and weeks without rain, we must look a wee bit closer for bits of beauty and color in an otherwise drab landscape. The drought-tolerant Woolly Butterfly Bush loves full sun, little water and, true to its name, is a favorite of butterflies. But it was the tiny clusters of vibrant orange flowers atop silvery foliage that brought a smile at 103 degrees on this Sunday evening.
