Lemonade, that cool refreshing drink, will return to the Dripping Springs Farmers' Market on Saturday. The market is from 9:00AM - Noon and features local produce, as well as community socializing. Also, market organizers are looking for musicians to liven things up. If you are musically inclined, call (512) 858-4725 for more information.
On Saturday, starting at 7:00AM and going all day, college students (new and returning students) from the Dripping Springs area will be hosting a “Cash for College Community Garage Sale” in the church parking lot at Church of the Springs, 230 Sports Park Road. All proceeds from the sales go directly to the individual college students to help them with their school costs (books, supplies, dorm furniture, etc). The Teacher's Show at Wesley Gallery (27008 RR 12, ½ mile south of Hwy 290 West) starts this Saturday at 10:00AM. This exhibit honors those who were artists before they were teachers. Call (888) 224 3644 for more information.
The Boot Scoot Ball benefiting Harrison Ranch Park is Saturday evening kicking off at 6:00PM at the Salt Lick Pavilion. Tickets are $30 at Print Plus and Dripping Springs City Hall.
