HEB: A RUNDOWN OF STORE HIGHLIGHTS
With everyone on HEB countdown, here are some of the promised highlights for the 68,000-sq. ft. store opening Friday, July 23.
The store will carry goods and produce from local vendors including cheese from Pure Luck Farm and Dairy in Dripping Springs, potted plants from Klepac Greenhouses in Blanco, fresh flowers from Arnosky Farms in Blanco, lettuce from Bella Verdi Farms in Dripping Springs, wine from Wimberley Valley Wine, and wine from Texas Hills Vineyards in Johnson City.
The store will feature a meat market including organic and natural meats, poultry, and pork as well as a full assortment of fully cooked products. Both HEB and Central Market brand products will be carried. There will be a seafood department and full-service sushi bar, full-service bakery including organic and artisan breads, expanded cheese section, a pharmacy, and a floral department.
To honor the grand opening of the new store in Dripping, HEB will make a $20,000 donation to Harrison Ranch Park, as well as conduct a tear pad donation campaign to raise additional funds for improvements to Harrison Ranch Park. Through September 26, customers and partners can donate $1, $3, $5 at the check stand, with all proceeds benefitting Harrison Ranch Park.
