DRIPPING THURSDAY

From 5:30PM - 6:30PM at the Dripping Springs Community Library , it's Glue & Go Costumes with Holly Cleeland. Learn how to invent, recycle, and create great costumes out of everyday "stuff" with tape and glue. Costumes will given to 2 lucky members of the audience today.

Thyme & Dough's Bistro Night menu says "summer" with Grilled Salmon Served with a Citrus Mango Chutney over Cilantro Lemon Rice, Grilled Beef Served over Summer Mixed Greens with Roasted Veggies, Vegetarian Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms with Freshly Made Ratatouille, plus much more. Kelsey Erin Shipman, an Austin poet "who speaks with a spark," will be the Thirsty Thursday featured guest at 7:00PM, when poets, musicians, and storytellers gather at New Life Lutheran Church at Highway 290 and Frog Pond Lane in Dripping Springs. Admission is free, but donations to the Grace Food Pantry are always welcomed. An open mic segment follows all featured guest performances, and light refreshments will be served.
