Dripping Springs Farmers Market is tomorrow from 9:00AM - Noon at The Triangle (RR12 and 290). New vendors joining the market this week are Earthwise Herbals with tinctures and teas, Melody Moon Ranch, featuring alpacas and their crafts made from alpaca fiber, and Sam Williams with peaches. Note that this is just the first of the season for peaches so supplies will be limited. Shop early! We also have confirmation from Onion Creek Farm that they will have fresh dug Red Fingerling potatoes! Oh, how we love those potatoes! Also certified organic onions, radishes, French shallots, beets, lamb's quarters, collard greens (limited), Swiss chard (limited), and herbs, plus farm fresh eggs.

Think you don't like beets? We thought the same until we started roasting them and now we can't get enough. We'll have our favorite roasted beet recipe available at the Onion Creek Farm stand on Saturday.
