The Community-Wide Garage Sale hosted by the Dripping Springs Elementary School PTA will be held on Saturday from 8:00AM - 1:00PM at the school. All proceeds benefit the various programs provided to the school and students of DSES by the PTA. The location will be in front of the school located at 29400 RR12.
Dripping Springs Farmers Market settles into its weekly schedule this Saturday. Buy local from 9:00AM - Noon at the Triangle (RR12 and 290). Onion Creek Farm will have have buttery and tender Forellenschluss lettuce, an Austrian heirloom whose name means "speckled like a trout". Also, young and frilly red oakleaf lettuce, bunched red Arugula, a few bunches of collard greens, red beets bunched with pretty tops, asparagus, romaine and greenleaf lettuces.
Driftwood celebrates May Fest on Saturday from 10:00AM - 4:30PM on the grounds of Driftwood United Methodist Church. There will be a jump castle for the little ones, BBQ for the entire family, local artisan vendors, and music by local bands throughout the day. All proceeds benefit the church outreach programs.
