A "TRIVIAL" ANNOUNCEMENT: THE BABBLE HOSTS TRIVIA NIGHT AT HEMISPHERE ON MAY 14!
We love trivia, and we're hoping a few of you do, as well! On Friday evening, May 14, the Babble will host a trivia night at Hemisphere Marketplace & Cafe here in Dripping. It will be our version of "pub trivia". Bring a team, find one when you arrive, or play solo (because you're smart like that).
For those who haven't played trivia in a pub setting before, you are provided a sheet of paper, your host (that's us) reads questions and, without any technological aid, your team must write down your agreed upon answer. There are usually about 50 questions which will be graded. The winning team wins...well, we don't know what yet...but, for those who have played before, you know it's not just about winning, it's also about the team name that gets the biggest laugh.
The trivia will cover the gamut of the usual trivia suspects — current events, history, geography, pop culture and, special only to Dripping, probably a question or two about our little slice of heaven.
We'll have more information before our inaugural trivia evening, but mark your calendars now, trivia buffs!
