DRIPPING FOOD: TORTA CUBANA @ TAQUERIA VALLE DE BRAVO (AND A MEXICAN COKE)

One of our favorite comfort food local sandwiches is the Torta Cubana at Taqueria Valle de Bravo in the Dripping Springs Grocery, washed down with a Mexican Coke (that means real cane sugar!). Lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado, beef milanesa, and ham stuffed inside a soft bun. You know when a sandwich just comes together, the whole being greater than the sum of its parts? That's the Torta Cubana.
