DRIP PIC OF THE WEEK

Many of us have these delicate white and purple wildflowers covering our property (or at least we did until yesterday's nutty first day of spring). The Carolina anemone (Anemone carolinia) are early bloomers — sometimes dangerously so given our unpredictable springs — but, as such, they capture the full attention of the pollinating insects.  Photographer Howard Williams, noticing their unique variations in color and form, created this gorgeous compilation of the flowers on his property.
