The first Dripping Springs Farmers Market kicks off in about an hour! We'll be pulling on our funkiest wellies and heading over to The Triangle at RR 12 and 290!

As we reported earlier, Onion Creek Farm will have certified organic asparagus (among other produce). This Babbler's family loves asparagus. Loves it! One of our favorite dishes fell in love with while in Florence, Italy is a simple preparation of fresh asparagus sauteed in olive oil and dusted with sea salt and freshly grated parmigiano reggiano.
