We first featured Belle a beagle mix, in July. Since then, Belle has gone through the remarkable Cell Dog Program. From her handler: "Belle is the most wonderful dog I've spent my time with. I've had dogs. All I did was feed them and, at best, bathe them but never knew what it was to love a dog like I have Belle. I just want to let you now that whoever adopts her is adopting a very well behaved dog, a lovable dog not only with adults but with children."
