DRIP PIC OF THE YEAR FOR 2009: AND THE WINNER IS...
We can't thank everyone enough who took the time to submit a Drip Pic this past year. Dripping Springs has so much talent it never ceases to amaze. Not surprisingly, it was no easy task to pick just one photograph. But when thinking back over the year, there was one that immediately jumped to mind. Late in August, in the throes of the bleakness of the drought, came this shot of bliss. Congratulations to Matthew Mollica for his priceless photograph. You are our Drip Pic of the Year for 2009! We don't have a fancy trophy for you, but (even better) we do have a gift certificate from Rolling in Thyme & Dough for a half-dozen of their mixed berry turnovers! Rumor is you might have a fondness for them. Thank you again to everyone for giving us many giddy moments when "Drip Pic" emails would arrive — made many mornings feel like Christmas.
