PAWS DOG OF THE WEEK: PUMBA (REVISITED)

In October, we introduced you to Pumba, a terrier mix who was dumped at PAWS one night. She had clearly been mistreated for a while, had lost most of her fur, and perhaps could best be described as a little funny looking.
But take a look at Pumba now! Most of her fur is back, and more comes in everyday. She loves playing and being petted by the PAWS staff, but she needs a secure and loving home, hopefully with another dog to play with, because she doesn't like being alone.

To learn more about Pumba and the other wonderful dogs (and cats) for adoption, visit pawsshelter.org  or call PAWS Tuesday through Sunday at 512-268-1611or visit the shelter on Tuesdays from 11:00AM - 6:00PM, Wednesday -Sunday from11:00AM-5:00PM.The current shelter is located at  500 FM150 East in Kyle.

Babble founders have a merry menagerie of rescued dogs, including a couple of darlings from PAWS Animal Shelter, a no-kill shelter. Currently located in Kyle, PAWS is building a new, larger shelter in Dripping Springs because, unfortunately, the homeless animal population continues to grow. We want to help spread the word about the special, smart, and loving dogs and cats now available for adoption.
