DRIPPING CHARITY: WIGS FOR KIDS

While her long blonde locks are usually pulled back and tidily tucked, Rolling in Thyme & Dough regulars know that Kim Le Blanc is really a Ralph Lauren Rapunzel. And because her spirit is as sweet as the pastries she serves, Kim will be cutting her golden locks and donating her hair to Wigs for Kids to be used to create custom-made hairpieces for children in need of hair replacement due to medical issues.

Once the donated hair is received, costs ranging from $1,800 - $3,000 per child are incurred in the processing, production and completion of the hairpiece which is provided for free to the child in need. Kim is inviting Dripping to join in her hair journey by making a cash donation to help cover those costs. When she cuts and sends in her hair, she is hoping to also be able to provide enough in cash donations to cover the additional costs in creating custom-made hairpieces.

You can help Kim make a "good hair day" for a kid who really needs one by making a cash donation at one of the donation stations she has set up, currently located at Thyme & Dough and Sophie's Garden.
