DRIP SPOT: LIVESTRONG "SHADOW" RACE IN BAGHDAD

Maj. Scott LaRonde, a U.S. Army intelligence planner who grew up in Dripping Springs and is now halfway through his second year-long deployment to the Middle East, has organized a 50-mile "shadow" bike ride at Victory Base Camp in Baghdad to align with the Livestrong rong race that will roll through Dripping on October 25.
