The contest is not until December 3, but if you fancy yourself a Hill Country Top Chef, your entry to show off your cooking chops (for cooking chops?) is just a few weeks away. Five finalists, selected from the entries received, will compete in the kitchens at Wilson Appliance and have their dishes rated by local celebrity chef judges, while the rest of us watch and drool. Tickets to watch, eat, and cheer are $45 and all proceeds go to benefit Dripping Springs Helping Hands, a local food pantry.
