Our Paws Dog of the Week last week was adopted shortly after we posted her, let's make it 2 weeks in a row! To the left you see the ridiculously adorable Papillon mix, Rory. On Tuesdays at PAWS you typically see an influx of smaller dogs like Rory because on Mondays PAWS goes to a kill shelter and takes as many healthy dogs as they can before they're euthanized on Tuesday (kill day). PAWS can save more dogs when they take the smaller ones because they can fit more small dogs in the van. That's the reality. This Babbler has a PAWS dog who would have died on a Tuesday had PAWS not grabbed her in time. That's why we do this.

Babble founders have a merry menagerie of rescued dogs, including a couple of darlings from PAWS Animal Shelter, a no-kill shelter. Currently located in Kyle, PAWS is building anew, larger shelter in Dripping Springs because, unfortunately, the homeless animal population continues to grow. We want to help spread the word about the special, smart, and loving dogs and cats now available for adoption.
