BENEFIT GARAGE SALES THIS SATURDAY
Grace Pantry* is having a garage sale at 215 Peabody in Dripping Springs (right by DS High School) on Saturday from 9:00AM - Noon. The sale will go on rain and shine and all profits from the sale will benefit Grace Pantry. The sale promises many items for children (books, toys, games, stroller, changing table, crib mattress) as well as other useful goodies. They will also gladly accept donations of non-perishable food. Find a bargain, re-use and recycle, and help the Hill Country's hungry in one stop.
Also on Saturday is the Dripping Springs High School - Hi-Steppers garage and bake sale from 7:00AM - 3:00PM. Stop by AMM Collision on 290W (near Sunset Canyon) going towards Dripping Springs. Organizers promise a huge assortment of items — clothing, books, furniture, and more.
*Update FYI: Grace Pantry is a non-profit started by Dripping Springs resident Mary McCauley. In addition to other support services, they provide weekly food distribution. The pantry is currently housed in the small building next to City Hall, which they are leasing from City Hall.They are partnered with Capitol of Texas food bank and run entirely by volunteers.

I am not familiar with Grace Pantry. Can anyone provide some information on the organization?
