DRIPPING ADORABLE! BABY BARN SWALLOWS

Lisa Hargraves of the wonderful Bubby Biscuits (organic, Dripping-made dog treats) sent in this photo of baby barn swallows. Lisa and her husband Gary have lived in their current Dripping home for 3 1/2 years (although Lisa has been a "Drippinite" since 1986), and the barn swallows come back every summer to nest in their back porch light. According to Lisa, they usually have 2-4 nests of eggs each year, which means up to 20 babies in one summer! The mom and dad are constantly feeding these little guys, and are the hardest working parents Lisa and her husband have ever seen. Lisa captured this photo as they were anxiously awaiting the return of their parents with more food. "I like to think the one on the right was smiling at me," says Lisa.
