We were just talking about the American Cheese Society awards this weekend (we love cheese, we talk about cheese), and like the miracle that is curdled milk, the awards are taking place in Austin this year! This will be the first time the annual ACS conference has ever been held in Texas. In a competition featuring over a thousand cheeses, Dripping's own Pure Luck has brought home the world-renown ACS awards in past years.
