DRIPPING WEEKEND

Marianne will have an Onion Creek Farm Stand at the farm on Friday from 3:00PM - 6:00PM. If you missed the rundown earlier this week, click here or scroll down.

Saturday kicks off at 9:30AM with a free canine massage seminar at Stay N Play Pet Ranch. This clinic will demonstrate to kids and adults the pressure points on dogs to increase circulation, improve mobility and increase energy in your pet. Bring your dog or a stuffed animal for the demo. Kids must be accompanied by parent or adult 18 or older.  Questions or to reserve a spot call (512) 894-7387.

Elizabeth McGreevy, the "Cedar Lady", will give a presentation on Mountain Cedar, also known as Ashe Juniper, from 10:00AM - 1:00PM on Saturday at the Dripping Springs City Hall. McGreevy relies on updated and new research to show that not all cedars are bad and how they can be used to restore the Hill Country. Entry is $15 at the door or $10 prepaid. Visit landsteward.net for information. Children admitted free.

Saturday rounds out with Hill Country Tastings from 4:00PM - 7:00OM at Harrison Ranch Park (across from Dripping Springs Elementary off RR 12). The City of Dripping Springs Parks, Recreation and Open Space Department invites all those of age to explore Texas wines, beer, and food. The deadline to register is today, Friday, at 3:00PM. For more information, call the City at (512) 858-4725.
