DRIPPING THURSDAY
The Dripping Springs Community Library's Thursday chat is all about family. Successful writer, family historian and storyteller Bev Scott of Georgetown will have your entire family chuckling at stories from her family's past, and eager to capture your own family legends. They'll be Moroccan your world at Thyme & Dough tonight with Tabouli, Hummus, Baba Ganoush served with bread and Tzaziki Sauce, Lamb Tagine (with aromatic spices, apricots, and raisins served with cous cous), Chole (garbanzo beans, potatoes, and carrots in a light curry made with coconut milk served with cous cous). Also on the menu, Squash Gratin (potatoes, onions, and squash in a creamy sauce), Vegetable Quiche, Tomato Mozzarella Salad, and Greek Salad. Dishes made with organic vegetables fresh from Dripping's own Harley Clark Farms, Onion Creek Farm, and Bella Verdi Farms. T&D is open on Thursday evenings from 6:00PM - 9:00PM.
