To those opposed to the lot restrictions: I understand the concern over losing money. But just where do you think the 'extra' water is going to come from? Just because a house is built on a piece of property does not mean a nice full well magically appears beneath it. Capice?
As I type this one of my neighbors is watering his exotic, out-of-place lawn with perfectly good well water.
Man, don't get me started. DON'T GET ME STARTED!
