ONION CREEK FARM STAND THIS FRIDAY!

Marianne will have an Onion Creek Farm Stand on Friday from 3:00PM - 6:00PMBelow is the certified organic produce rundown, plus this week she is scheduled to have a complete offering of Red Barn Beef (ground, steaks, cutlets, liver, etc.). Red Barn Beef is locally raised and grass-fed beef produced with humane, sustainable, and natural methods (and is also just one of the many Local Products listed on DrippingThings.com).
Green Beans
Peppers, Sweet and a  few Green Bells
Peppers, Hot (Serranos)
Summer Squash (limited)
Swiss Chard (ending soon)
Onions, Bulb ( yellow and red)
Lamb's Quarters (Marianne's new favorite "green")
Potatoes (Red Thumb Fingerling, Red La Soda, White Kennebec, Blue/Purple Caribe)
French Shallots

Herbs: Basil, Garlic Chives, Oregano, Rosemary, Mint

Fresh Eggs

Onion Creek Farm
1611 Creek Rd. Hwy 290 to Creek Rd or Roger Hanks Parkway, go south. If you take Creek Rd. take a left at "T" stop. Come to one lane bridge crossing over Onion Creek, pause for oncoming traffic, then carefully cross. Turn in to first drive on left. Turn right down towards the barn, park left.
