Posh food magazine Saveur has just released its "Texas" issue and on page 41, under their "24 Reasons We Love Texas" section, is Dripping's own Pure Luck!

"Sainte Maure (Pure Luck Farm and Dairy, Dripping Springs) Creamy and slightly ripened, this French-style goat cheese has a tang that evokes a cross between fresh chèvre and Roquefort."

Babble's love of Pure Luck cheese is unabashed. Congratulations Ben and Amelia. And for those who have never tried their cheese, reminder that Marianne should have some for sale at her farm stand on Friday.
