It's Wine Ed 101 at the library tonight as wine expert (and super-nice guy) Paul Gingrich conducts a Thursday chat full of basic
information for the wine novice. If you have always wondered red or white? What
wines and cheeses to serve together? Or what is a “cooking” wine? Bring your
questions because Paul has the answers! The Dripping Springs Community Library is located at 501 Sportsplex and the wine chatting starts at 5:30. For more information call (512)

And after Paul has schooled you on wine, head to Rolling in Thyme & Dough (with the perfectly paired, Paul recommended wine if you like — they provide the glasses) for Roast of Lamb with Green Beans and Savory Potatoes, Green Pasta Tofu Stir Fry, Lasagna (Choice of Meat or Veggie), Quiche with Side Salad, or Tomato & Mozzarella Torte.
