ONION CREEK FARM STAND THIS FRIDAY!

Marianne will have a farm stand at Onion Creek Farm on Friday! Friday! Friday! She will have loads of good stuff, but we will be making a particular beeline for the Red Thumb Fingerling Potatoes. Crisp and tender, thin delicate skins, and full flavor. Just steam for 10 minutes and toss with butter, garlic chives or roast with olive oil and rosemary. A little salt, a little pepper. You betcha! Here's the full rundown of certified organic produce that will be for sale from 2:30PM - 5:30PM:
