DRIPPING THURSDAY: OPEN HOUSE AND TAJ MAHAL

Tonight is the official opening of the new Hays County Precinct 4 offices at 195 Rogers Hank Parkway in Dripping Springs, with public ribbon-cutting and flag-raising ceremonies, music, refreshments and discussions of sustainable building practices and native landscaping as well as expanded County services. From 5:00PM - 7:00PM.

Taking notes over the phone is not our forte (reading our own handwriting after taking the notes is next to impossible), but the general gist of tonight's Rolling in Thyme & Dough menu is scrumdiddlyumptious. There will be Indian-style magic with a chicken Taj Mahal, and some sort of goodness involving meat stuffed with goat cheese on a portobella mushroom with a no doubt luscious sauce Fabienne has whipped up, a vegetarian version of same using tofu, plus the usual (and delicious) vegetable lasagna and the Thyme & Dough quiche.
