DRIPPING GARDENS WITH BLOOM: TWO NOTES

If you've been up to Bloom lately, you know why Elizabeth McIntosh just had time for a quickie this week. For all of you who have been patiently waiting (or impatiently, rather)  to put in your spring veggies, GO FOR IT!  If it freezes again we're all in it together!

And, I'm taking this opportunity to nip in the bud a nasty rumor that it is too late for seeds. No way, Jose! It's perfect timing for squash, beans, cukes, okra, melons, and lots of flowers.

If you're new to the Babble and Elizabeth's series of articles, start with her most recent complete article, DRIPPING GARDENS WITH BLOOM: A PLEA FOR LATE BLOOMING PLANTS (THE LORAX SPEAKS).
