GOOD FRIDAY: ONION CREEK FARM STAND WILL BE OPEN

Onion Creek Farm will have a farm stand this Friday, April 10, from 3:00PM - 6:00PM.

Marianne reports the following certified organic produce will be available:

Red Bunch Beets (lovely tops)

Green Chard (big, dark green glossy leaves, bunched)

Spinach (rinsed 2x and bagged)

Red Russian Kale (bunched)

Turnip Greens (bulk)

Young Carrots

French Shallots (pulled young as "green onions")

Young Leeks

Lettuce

Oregano, Rosemary, Mint

The farm stand will also have Pure Luck goat cheeses including:

Ste. Maure

Del Cielo

Chevre (Plain, Black Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper, Mixed Herb)

Fresh eggs and local, grass-fed Red Barn Beef ground beef and ground round by the pound (frozen) will also be ready for purchase.

Onion Creek Farm is located at 1611 Creek Rd. Off of Highway 290, just a few blocks west of light at RR12, go south onto Creek Rd. Go approx 1 mile , come to a "T" stop, go left to continue onto Creek Rd. (Turning right onto Roger Hanks Parkway takes you back to 290.) Go approx 1/2 mile, come to ONE-LANE bridge (pause to allow any oncoming vehicle) carefully cross, turn LEFT into first drive. Sign "ONION CREEK FARM".
