DRIPPING WEEKEND:
On Friday, the Onion Creek Farm Stand is open from 3:00PM - 6:00PM. Click here for details. On Friday night, the DSISD Educational Foundation holds their Casino Night Fundraiser at the Terrace Club. From 7:00PM - 11:00PM, a little bit of Vegas comes to Dripping to raise funds for teacher grants, scholarships for graduating seniors, and recognizing academic achievement. Next, at 2:00PM, Jordyn's Closet (100 Commons Rd, Suite 8) hosts a fashion show.
Then, at 3:00PM, the Dripping Springs Library (501 Sportsplex) hosts the Charlotte Walters Rhodes Memorial Collection Reception. The public is invited to the official unveiling of a special library collection honoring the memory of Charlotte Walters Rhodes, a steadfast long-time library advocate who dedicated her time, her considerable talent, and her personal treasure to the creation of a public library facility in her hometown of Dripping Springs. The initial core collection of approximately 400 titles will be unveiled at the reception.
On Saturday, starting at 10:00AM (and until 3:00PM) at 110 Hwy 290 West (the former Dripping Springs Interiors building near RR12 and 290 intersection), a group of health-focused companies come together for a Complimentary Fitness Makeover. Enjoy wellness evaluations, chiropractic information (including posture exams and spinal check-ups), fitness assessments and more.
