DRIPPING BUSINESS: GRANT APPLICATIONS FOR HOT FUNDS DUE MARCH 30TH

The March 30 application deadline for thousands of dollars worth of tourism-related grants is less than a week away. The City of Dripping Springs Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) Committee provides financial support to local organizations and businesses that directly enhance or promote tourism. The program is funded by a 7% occupancy tax collected from guests who stay in an area hotel, motel, or B&B. In a nutshell, to be eligible for the funds, projects must demonstrate a direct correlation to increasing overnight stays in the area.
