DRIPPING SPRING FEVER

What a ridiculously beautiful day in Dripping Springs. Driving down 165 today, we ogled the trees lining the road, budding that bright, new green, and the sky could not have been bluer. Coming back through town, it looks like the new Java Sea location is almost ready to open, the Founders Day banner across 290 is unfurled, and from the road we could see an explosion of color at Bloom, on the Rolling in Thyme & Dough grounds. A serious case of spring fever got the best of us, and we had to investigate. Elizabeth and her magic elves worked wonders on Sunday bringing in loads of healthy tomato and pepper plants and tons of seeds for the garden, plus lots of bright, showy, colorful plants, and landscape plants galore.

Last week, Howard Williams confimed that hummingbird season has kicked off and offered good advice for welcoming our tiny, feathered friends.

We got the fever.
