WEEKEND PLANS: IT'S NOT TOO LATE FOR GOOD TIMES AND GREAT FOOD!
If you're a weekend plan procrastinator (guilty as charged, here), it's not too late to have lots of fun and really good food at two events. We just checked and you can purchase tickets at the door at both events.
First, tonight, is the Fourth Annual PAWS Bone Appetit. This year's "Hill Country Haute Cuisine", promises food with an inventive local flair served up by Sibby Barrett of foodie mecca Onion Creek Kitchens at Juniper Hills Farm. If you've never experienced Onion Creek Kitchens it may be because you couldn't get in! The legendary cooking classes are booked many months in advance (sometimes even a year in advance) and are frequently filled with repeat visitors. Bone Appetit is the perfect opportunity to see what the fuss is all about, plus meet other animal lovers (and fun-loving ones at that!). The menu this year looks insanely good. Take a moment to view the complete menu. The event is at the Terrace Club, Dripping Springs. Tickets are $75 per person (check out the menu and you'll see why!). The economy is affecting everyone and the animal surrenders to PAWS are now staggering. Your ticket purchase will not only put good food in your belly, but in that of a scared and confused dog or cat. We're all in this together.
