DRIPPING: THE WEEK AHEAD
Quite a few events on tap later this week in Dripping. A rundown on what's in store to help you plan the week. The good times will be here before you know it.
On Thursday, learn more about our winged neighbors with Marilyn Kircus and Howard Williams at the library. Birds of all kinds visit the Texas Hill Country. Discover more about our area birds and how to create an inviting space in your own backyard. Starts at 5:30PM.
And, of course, there is the ongoing Thursday nights (6:00PM - 9:00PM) at Rolling in Thyme & Dough. Word is last week Fabienne cooked up coq au vin. Merci!
PAWS' Fourth Annual Bone Appetit is Friday night and the evening's theme, "Hill Country Haute Cuisine", promises food with an inventive local flair served up by Sibby Barrett of foodie mecca Onion Creek Kitchens at Juniper Hills Farm. If you've never experienced Onion Creek Kitchens it may be because you couldn't get in! The legendary cooking classes are booked many months in advance (sometimes even a year in advance) and are frequently filled with repeat visitors. Bone Appetit is the perfect opportunity to see what the fuss is all about, plus meet other animal lovers (and fun-loving ones at that!). The menu this year looks insanely good.
