Reminder that the PAWS Bone Appetit event is just 2 weeks away, on Friday, February 27 at the Terrace Club. The evening's theme, "Hill Country Haute Cuisine", promises food with an inventive local flair served up by Sibby Barrett of foodie mecca Onion Creek Kitchens at Juniper Hills Farm. If you've never experienced Onion Creek Kitchens it may be because you couldn't get in! The legendary cooking classes are booked many months in advance (sometimes even a year in advance) and are frequently filled with repeat visitors. Bone Appetit is the perfect opportunity to see what the fuss is all about, plus meet other animal lovers (and fun-loving ones at that!). The menu this year looks insanely good.
