When we were at Rolling In Thyme & Dough earlier this week, Fabienne had just pulled a Pineapple Coconut Banana Clafoutis* out of the oven. Heaven help us, we've been thinking about it ever since. 

Heaven has helped us because she's serving it again tonight at as one of the "Sweet Choices" for their Thursday night hang-out/live music/board games good times (6:00PM - 9:00PM). Savory choices include pork tenderloin, quiche, tart, and soup, and other sweets including cakes, pies, and tarts but, oh!, that clafoutis!

* Dad, "clafoutis" is a type of baked custard dessert made with fruit. They probably didn't make this at Bliss Cafe in Nowata, Oklahoma.
